In your business, if it had to cut so far back on technology what would you cull first and what would you have to have to even think about survival?
This is not about back-ups but very much focusing on the needs, wants and nice to haves. Focus your thinking on what your business needs and what your business wants - remember a want must be business justified and must give some return from a measured metric. Now look at what you have, I feel 100% certain you have numerous things that are redundant are are bringing in little if any return on what you have spent or may indeed still be paying.
Many items ranging from mobile devices - do you really need the iPhone? - to various stand-alone instances of software are sitting in your business either costing you money or wasting you time due the tool either not working easily or just that the tool is not the right tool.
So, look at your business and what you have - how much are you wasting? How much would you have saved by spending a little bit more.
Here is an example Expensive Antivirus vs Cheaper Antivirus - I deal with this every day and have seen mistakes made as the choice results back to cost not value. Look at what you really need, check the boxes and then see where certain features can and will save you time, money effort, bandwidth and more.

Let your business decisions drive your IT and technology choices - you will always win this way!
